The process

How it works

1

Apply online

Fill in the short form before 30 July 2026. It takes about five minutes.

2

We review

We read every application. We look at need, community impact and what the funding would change for your team.

3

Teams selected

Successful teams are contacted in August and we agree your kit and equipment package together.

4

Kit delivered

Everything is printed, packed and delivered in time for the start of the season.

Who's behind it

Printed in Durham. Delivered across the UK.

This fund is run by the same team that prints and delivers kit every day. No panel, no agency, no committee sitting on your application for months.

We're based in Durham. Our vans are on the road across the UK. When your team is selected, the people who read your application are the same people who print your shirts and get them to your door before the season starts.

You apply. We read it. We sort your kit. That's the whole process.

FAQ

Before you ask

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying is free and there's no obligation attached. If you're not selected this time, there's nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.

Do we receive cash or kit?

Kit and equipment, not cash. Successful teams work with us to build a package of match kit, training wear, uniform and equipment, which we supply, print and deliver.

What sports are eligible?

Any organised amateur sport. Football, rugby, netball, cricket, hockey, boxing, athletics, and anything else played at grassroots level across the UK.

Can we apply for more than one team at the same club?

Yes, but submit a separate application for each team so we can judge each one on its own merits.

When will we hear back?

Applications close at 11:59pm on Thursday 30 July 2026. Successful teams will be contacted during August, ahead of the new season.

What makes a strong application?

Honesty and specifics. Tell us who your team is, what you're working with now, and exactly what would change with proper kit and equipment. You don't need to write an essay.

30 July. Then it's gone.

Five minutes to apply. A full season's difference.
